【摘要】 本文对70例再生障碍性贫血（再障）患者的15项细胞和体液免疫指标进行了观察。结果，LCAV、MC％、OKT₃、OKT₄/OKT₅、ERFC、血清免疫球蛋白（IgG、IgA、IgM）显著低于正常对照组，BLC％、OKT₈、血清C₃、CH50、CIC显著高于对照组．OKT₄、LCBT与对照组无显著差异。对这些免疫指标的异常与再障及其分型的关系进行了探讨。更多还原

【Abstract】 :Fifteen immunologic parameters were measured in 70 patients with aplastic anemia and inhealthy controls. The results showed that absolute value of lymphocytes(LCAV),the percentage of monocytes(MC%),OKTs,OKT4/OKT8, E - RFC, IgG, IgA, IgM were markedly decreased in aplastic anemia group andthe percentage of lymphocytes in bone marrow (BLC%), OKT8, serum C3, CH50, and circulating immune com-plexes(CIC) were significantly decreased in aplastic anemia group compared with those in control group. Therewere no significant differnces between two groupe in respect for OKT, and lymphocyte transformation rate(LTR). The siginificance of these changes in immunologic function in patients with aplastic anemia and the re-lation between these changes and typing of aplastic anemia are discussed.更多还原
