渗碳钢件的表面含碳量与其性能的关系
Relationship between Surface C Content and Properties of Carburized Steel Components
【摘要】 本文全面论述了渗碳件的表面含碳量及渗层的碳浓度分布对硬度、耐磨性、弯曲、扭转、冲击强度及抗疲劳性的影响,指出它的最佳范围。为达此目的最好用计算机对炉气碳势进行控制及对渗层碳浓度分布进行实时摸拟处理。
【Abstract】 In this paper the effects of surface C content and Concentration distribution on the properties of carbur-ized steel components , such as hardness , wear resistance , bending , torsion , impact strength and fatigue resistance , are described, and the optimium value of C content is presented. For this purpose, the control of furnace gas carbon potential and real time simulation processing of C concentration distribution must be made using computer.
