【Abstract】 A systematic study including sprayed materials selection, thermal shock testings and engine testings was made. The results showed that the designed coating structure of bond coating-cermet gradual coating-ceramic coating was reasonable, with metallographic examination and residual stress analysis, It was recognized that ZrO₂-MgO ceramic coating was a applicable thermal barrier coating for parts of combustion chamber of diabatic diesel engine.更多还原
