NT-1镀镍防变色工艺研究

【摘要】 研究了NT-1防镍变色剂在不同温度、pH值和处理时间下的防腐蚀变色效果,结果表明,在65~75℃,pH 8时浸渍1~2 min可获得最佳的效果。用电化学方法研究了镍电极在NT-1处理前后的腐蚀电流,结果表明,NT-1膜层可明显提高镍层的耐蚀性能,在阳极电位小于0.5 V时,其缓蚀率可达95%以上。用电子能谱对膜层的研究表明,NT-1防变色膜是一种致密、均相的疏水膜,这是它可有效防止镍层变色和腐蚀的原因。由Ar~+深度剥蚀图的组成恒定区,求得膜的组成为:C72.0%,O 12.2%,Na 5.1%,Mo 2.0%,Ni 8.7%。

【Abstract】 The antitarnish effects of NT-1 antitarnish agent have been investigated in different temperatures, pH values and treatment times the results show that the optimum conditions of nickel deposit treating are 50% NI-1 solution, pH8, 65~75℃, 1~2 min.The corrosion currents of Ni electrodes before and atfer NT-1 solution treatment were determined with electrochemical method, the results indicate that the anticorrosion effect of Ni deposit was increased obviously after NT-1 solution treatment, and the corrosion inhibition ratio is bigger than 95% when anode potential is lower than 0.5V.The results of electron spectroscopy analysis showed that the NT-1 antitarnish film was a dense homogeneous hydrophobic film, that is why it could protect the Ni deposit from tarnish.
