不锈钢着色的交流阻抗研究
Impedance Investigation on Chemical Coloring of Stainless Steels
【摘要】 用1250频率响应分析仪,测量了18-8型不锈钢在硫酸与铬酸混合溶液中浸泡不同时间后的交流阻抗。通过分析这些数据,并结合界面电容的测量结果,讨论了不锈钢化学着色时彩色膜的成长过程。同时,对彩色膜的耐蚀性能及其在铬酸与硫酸混合溶液中的硬化机理进行了探讨和比较。
【Abstract】 The chemical coloring mechanism of stainless steels immersed in a hot solution containing 2.5M chromic acid and 5.0 M sulphuric acid and the hardening mechanism of decorative films in a 2.5 M chromic acid and 0.025 M sulphuric acid have been studied by measuring the impedance with 1250 frequency response analyser. The striking dependence of specimen/electrolyte interfacial capacitance on the coloring time implies the formation of porous films on the specimen surface. The porous films are filled up by chromium in hardening process , which has been showed by the change of interfacial capacitance with hardening time.
