【Abstract】 :This paper investigates the correlation and the optimum combination of bands of multispectral images on the basis of information theory. A method of rational use of multispectral images is presented. The results of analysis of SPOT and TM images of Wuhan area show that a combination of bands 1-3 is optimum for three SPOT bands, and the bands 3-4-5 are the optimum combination for six TM bands (except for the band 6).更多还原
