碳六烃类在HY沸石上的吸附及结炭过程研究 Ⅱ.结炭过程中烃结构的变化
ADSORPTION AND COKE FORMATION OF C6 HYDROCARBONS ON HY ZEOLITE Ⅱ. THE CHANGE OF HYDROCARBON STRUCTURE IN COKE FORMATION
【摘要】 应用红外光谱技术研究了异己烷、己烯-1、环己烯、苯等不同结构碳六烃在HY沸石表面结炭过程中的结构变化过程。发现在实验温度范围内(≤400℃),观察不到烷烃和苯的结炭,己烯-1、环乙烯在100—150℃即可结炭。环己烯于室温吸附后,在1523cm-1处产生一新的吸收谱带,可能是形成了环烯正碳离子。反应温度高于100℃时,吸附烃结构进一步发生变化形成低环芳烃,随温度升高,进而发生歧化、环化、加成、异构化等反应,最终形成带有多侧链的多环芳烃结构的焦炭物质。己烯-1与环己烯具有类似的结炭历程。
【Abstract】 The structure change during the coke formation of iso-hexane, 1-hexene, cyclohexene and benzene has been studied by IR spectroscopic technique. No coke formation of iso-hexane and benzene is observed at the temperature lower than 400℃, while coke can be formed from 1-hexene and cyclohexene at the temperature higher than 100℃. After the adsorption of cyclohexene at room temperature, a new band around 1523 cm-1 appears,which perhaps indicates the formation of cycloolefinic car-bocation. When the temperature is higher than 100℃, the structure of hydrocarbon adsorbed changes continuously to low-ring aromatics, on further heating, there occur disproportionation, cyclization, isomerization etc., and finally a coke band around 1585cm-1 appears. The coke is a polycyclic aromatic structure linked with many branched chains with tertiary carbon atom.
