【Abstract】 Abstract: Thrs paper describes the functions and preparation methods of dry-wet two pur-rpose powder cake, lists the data of imported samples as contrnl,and presents self-developed testing instruments and methods.Characteristics of dry-wet two purpose powder cake are : fine powder quality, smooth and easy to spread, oil content above 10%,good adhesion on skin, transparent and natural cosmetic effect,and soft hand feel.
