【摘要】 合成了四氮杂轮烯(TAA)及其Cu,Ni和Co络合物。用其升华薄膜制成气敏元件并探索其在室温时的气敏响应特点
【Abstract】 Tetraazaannulene(TAA) and its Cu, Ni and Co complexes were synthesised.The thin sublimed films of these compounds were used to prepare a gas-sensing element and its gas-sensing response characteristics at room temperature were explored.
