ZrO2氧传感器的电极、基体及其界面
The Electrode, Substrate and Their Interface of the ZrO2 Oxygen Sensor
【摘要】 从电极、基体及其界面等几个方面,系统地论述了影响ZrO2氧传感器性能的一些因素。对氧电极微观系统的论述,揭示了ZrO2氧传感器测氧的本质;在对电极、电极/基体界面的论述中,阐明导致电极污染、电极形貌变化及电极/基体界面上成分互扩散等现象的原因及它们对ZrO2氧传感器性能的影响,最后,从晶界相和析出相等方面论述了基体ZrO2中的显微组织变化及其对传感器性能的影响。
【Abstract】 Factors influencing the ZrO2 sensor are systematically discussed in the light of electrode,substrate and their interface.From the discussion on the micro-scopic system of the Oxygen electrode, the nature of the Oxygen-sensing by the ZrO2 sensor was revealed. In the description of electrode, electrode/substrate interface, the causes of electrode contamination, the confugerational change of the electrode as well as the electrode/substrate interface inter-diffussion and their effect on the performance of the sensor are elucidated.Finally, on the basis of the equivalence of the crystal boundary pbase and the seperating-out phase, the variation of micro-structure of ZrO2 substrate and its influence on the performances of the sensor are expounded.
