【Abstract】 In this paper,the devrlopment and military applications of hifh power semiconductor lasers inreccnt years have been described emphatically.Examples have been given of the appiications of these lasers in accurate control and guide,detonating,range finding,radar communication,similation and solid-state laser pumping,et al.The stateof research activities and the development prospects of semi- conductor lasers have also been analysed.更多还原
