【Abstract】 Fourteen cases of endophthalmitis were treated with the operation of the posterior scleral open-window and vitreons irrigation.The postoperative follow-up period ranged from 3 months to 3 years.Most of patients had a signifieantly results.Optic organs were preserved in 13 patients,whose visual acuities were inproved to varying degrees.Atrophy of the eyeball occurred only in 1 case.We consider that the operation Will be benefit to treatment of endophthalmitis.更多还原
