【Abstract】 Chromosomal preparation were made from peripheral blood lymphocytes in 191 cases including abortion or stillbrith. The analysis of chromosome karyotype was carried out by G-banding teachniques in all cases and additionally by C-banding and siliver staining in some cases. The chromosome abnormalities were found in 15 cases, of which 3 showed additional small chromosome and 3 "marker" chromosome; all the 6 patients suffered from abortion. These abnormal chromosomes relate to heredity and are rare in the literature.更多还原
