【Abstract】 In this paper,a meteorological database for the Atmospheric boundary Layer is introduced, which is designed and developed by using DBASE 11 , BASIC and FORTRAN language on IBM-PC microcomputer (or compatable microcomputer). Its main structures and functions are given. The realization of sharing of meteorological data Sources and Processing of information for boundary layer in Sichuan Basin are available in this system.
