【摘要】 本文对山东省滨州地区四县一市34541例0～14岁儿童进行了哮喘病流行病学调查,发现哮喘病235例,发病率为0.68％,初发年龄<3岁为85.11％。最常见的诱发因素为上呼吸道感染,其它因素为食物、情绪、吸入过敏物质、运动等。42.98％患者有哮喘病家族史。提示呼吸道感染与遗传是儿童哮喘病的主要诱发因素。更多还原

【Abstract】 34541 children aged 0～14 years (male 18305,female 16236) in Binzhou Prefecture of Shandong Province were screened for asthma, 235 cases of asthma were found. The incidence of asthma was 0. 68%. Most patients had their first attack under 3 years of age. Among the most common triggers of wheezing were viral respiratory tract infection(VRI). Other factors included food,emotion,allergy to inhalants and exercise. Family history of asthma was found in 101/235(42. 95%) of the cases.
