【Abstract】 176 patients of the achillis lengthening in advance for the leg lengthening in graduate distraction got a satisfactory results. No complications were found in this group. The method, mechanism and effect in the technic are introduced. The distension of the secondary tcndo calcaneus lengthening and extensibility of the soft tissue of the leg in lengthening are discussed in detail.更多还原
