【摘要】 心房肽类物质是由猪心房中提取的混合多肽制剂,其对动物心脏有明显的作用。研究结果表明,心房肽类物质对麻醉大白鼠有较弱的降压作用,维持时间较短,在降压的同时对心率无明显影响。向腹腔注射两种制剂,对清醒与麻醉大白鼠均有一定的利尿排钠作用,可使尿量增加,钠的排出总量增加,而对钾离子影响不显著。更多还原

【Abstract】 The diuretic and hypertensive effects of atrial peptides abstracted from swine atria were studied. The blood pressure was reduced immediately after injecting atrial peptides(0. 25～ 0. 5mg/kg iv)into the anesthetized Wistar rats. The effect was weak and lasted 5 minutes. The heart rate had no significant changes when blood pressure lowered. Atrial peptides (0. 125～2. 5mg/kg ip)enhanced the urine amount of counscious rats. The total amount of sodium in urine was enhanced and there was no significant effects on the amount of patossium in urine. These results suggest that atrial peptides have weak hypotensive and diuretic effects.更多还原
