【摘要】 应用~3H-二苯羟乙酸奎宁酯与桥哌酯竞争结合M受体的原理,建立了一种检测血清中桥哌酯浓度的放射受体分析法。该方法最低检测浓度为5 ng/ml,样品的平均回收率为 86.61±6.46％,且简便易行,专一性好并与药理活性相结合,灵敏度高,所用生物样品量少(0.1ml血清),适合用于多种抗胆碱类药物的检测及药代动力学的研究。并用此方法观察了小鼠静脉注射桥哌酯后的药代动力学。更多还原

【Abstract】 A sensitive, relatively simple radioreceptor assay for enpiperate in serum is reported. As ameasure for the drug concentration, the quantitative displacement of enpiperate of ~8H-QNB from ratbrain receptors was used. The assay is sensitive to a concentrations as low as 5 ng/ml. It can beperformed easily and quickly. Possible metabolites of enpiperate do not interfere with the assay.
