【摘要】 对现代医学命名、诊断的疾病,按照中医临床方法的优势和特色探索、总结其辨证论治的规律,这是时代的要求。方药中诊治慢性肾功能衰竭常规经过中国中医研究院研究生部病房5年的临床验证,疗效可靠,具有可行性。常规分辨证依据和治疗方法两大部分,其内容包括脾系证治、肾系证治、脾肾同病证治、脾肾衰败五脏兼损证治、常见兼挟证治5个方面,理、法、方、药俱全。本刊将陆续发表运用常规的临床验证小结及病例举隅,以全面介绍方药中以中医临床方法诊治慢性肾功能衰竭的探索。更多还原

【Abstract】 The rules of planning treatment according to differentiation of symptom-complex for the diseases named and diagnosed by modern medicine are explored and summarized in light of the clinical treatment superiority and characteristics, which is the needs of the times. Fang Yaozhong’s diagnostic and treatment route of chronic kidney failure had been clinically checked in the ward of Postgraduated Department of China Academy of TCM, its effects were reliable and feasible. The route were divided into the basis of differentiation and treatment method, which included five symptom-complex and treatment (Zhengzhi) such as Zhengzhi of spleen system, Zhengzhi of kidney system, Zhengzhi of spleen and kidney, Zhengzhi of weakness of spleen and kidney and impairment of five Zang organs, Zhengzhi of common mixture. The summaries of clinic test and verification and cases examples diagnosed and treated by the route will be issued in this publication, and all content of Fang Yaozhong’s diagnostic and treatment route of chronic kidney failure will be reported.更多还原
