【Abstract】 We did autologous bone marrow transplantation for 17 cases of malignant carcinomas by using chemotherapy as the only preparation regimen. Except whole, marrow refrigeration for the first patient,bone marrow nucleated cells of the rest cases were cryopreserved in liquid nitrogen at -196℃ after controlled freezing. The results were successful in 16 cases of them but one died of acute heart failure.更多还原
