日落黄在汞膜电极上吸附反应的研究

【摘要】 对偶氮类合成食用染料日落黄的还原峰电流和电位扫描速率的相关性进行研究表明,此类化合物在汞膜电极的表面发生了吸附,日落黄在银基汞膜电极上的伏安特性是与吸附密切相关的.日落黄首先吸附于汞膜电机的表面,然后在氨离子参与下,从电极获得电子,还原所生成的联亚胺衍生物不稳定,迅速在氢离子的参与下继续反应,最终是偶氮键断裂,形成相应的芳胺化合物.

【Abstract】 The relativity between reduction currents and potential sweep rates of sunset yellow FCF (CI 15985), a synthetic food colorant of azo dye, was studied in this paper.The study show that the dye is really adsorbed on the surface of mercury film electrode (MFE), the voltammetric responsibility of sunset yellow FCF at MFE is closely relative with the adsorption. The mechanism of reduction process can be described as following: The dye is firstly adsoraed onto the surface of MFE, and then accepts electrons from the electrode in the presence of hydrogen ions. The hydrazo produced in this reduction process is active and unstable. The further reactions of hydrazo lead to the cleavage of azo bond and the formation of some aromatic amines. synthetic food colorant, sunset yellow, adsorptive voltammetry
