【摘要】 本文报告应用股动脉穿刺插管造影及化疗药物灌注术治疗6例骨及软组织恶性肿瘤的初步体会。提出此法即可对病灶作定位、定量、定性诊断,同时又可做为术前、术后一种综合治疗方法。作者认为此法可以大大增加单位时间内抗癌药物进入肿瘤区的浓度,尤为做瘤段切除术的病人更有价值,且副作用少、方便,是一种新的辅助术前、术后的化疗灌注法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Six patients suffering from malignant tumors of bones of limbs and soft tissues received femoral angiography combined with chemotherapeutic perfusion with comparatively satisfactory results in short term follow up studies. The method not only provides more accurate diagnosis of the malignant tumor, but also serves as a more effective procedure for the combined treatment before and after operation.更多还原
