【Abstract】 Sertoli cells of juvenile Wistar rats were cultured. The percentage of pure Sertoli cells in the cultures was over 95% after culturation for one week, and the normal morphology of these cells could be kept for three weeks. A portion of the germ cells were cocultured with the Sertoli cells and a portion were cultured in the conditional fluid for cultivating Sertoli cells. The results demonstrated that Sertoli cells play an important role in supporting the survival, proliferation and differentiation of germ cells in vitro by contacting directly with them and secreting regulating factors.更多还原
