【Abstract】 This study was designed to investigate the analgesic effect of venom of buthus martansii karsch on the central nervous system. After injection of 2μl of 0. 01% or 0. 03% scorpion venom solution into the lateral ventricle of rat. the change of pain threshold of skin was observed, it was indicated by the latent period of waving tail reflex evoked by radiant heat. Injecting 2 μl of 0. 01mol/L phosphorate buffer solution with pH 6. 4 into lateral ventricle was taken as blank control. The result suggested that the venom of buthus martansii karsch had an evidant analgesic effect on CNS.更多还原
