【摘要】 本实验应用组织化学方法、电子显微镜技术及免疫学方法,研究了不同剂量的β-羧对硝基苯锗倍半氧化物对小鼠S₁₈₀肿瘤细胞的影响。结果表明:不同剂量的β-羧对硝基苯锗倍半氧化物对小鼠S₁₈₀肿瘤均有抑制作用。对琥珀酸脱氢酶、中性ATP酶和碱性磷酸酶的活性均有不同程度的抑制作用。并可诱导机体产生干扰素。因而,β-羧对硝基苯锗倍半氧化物是一个很值得研究的抗癌新药。更多还原

【Abstract】 The authors studied the effects of β-phenolester ethylgermanium sesquioxide of different dosages by injection into the abdominal cavity in mice with S180 sarcoma. The results demonstrated that β-phenolester ethylgermanium sesquioxide of different dosages can inhibit cancer growth, reduce the activity of SDH, neutral ATPase and AKPase, and induce an increase in body immunity through production of serum interferon in mice with S180 sarcoma.更多还原
