恒定磁场对小白鼠血清过氧化脂质水平影响的实验研究

【摘要】 作者用强度为0.5T、0.25T及0.13T的钐钴永磁片分别作用于小白鼠,每日30min,共观察7天。结果证明,经上述恒定磁场处理的小白鼠,其血清过氧化脂质水平明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。本观察为进一步研究不同强度恒定磁场的生物效应及临床应用提供了理论依据,并为制定接触恒定磁场的安全标准。提供了一定的参考数据

【Abstract】 In this paper, we reported the effects of the static magnetic field with intensities of 0. 5T, 0. 25T and 0. 13T respectively on the levels of serum lipid peroxides in mice. The results indicated that the levels of serum lipid peroxides in mice treated by the static magnetic fields with intensities stated above were obviously higher than those in the normal control group. There were remarkable statistical differences (P<0. 0.1). This study will provide some theoretic basis for the clinical therapy using magnetic fields and further studies on the bioligical effects of various magnetic fields.
