人参茎叶总甙耐窒息性缺氧的实验研究

【摘要】 本实验对麻醉大白鼠行气管内插管,人为关闭气管插管,造成窒息,以此缺氧的动物摸型.观察药物的作用。人参茎叶总甙(GSL)100mg/kg静脉注射,提高大白鼠抗窒息性脑缺氧能力,能促进皮层脑电与呼吸正常节律的恢复。与盐水对照组比较差异显著。GSL50mg/kg并未显示此作用。

【Abstract】 The effect of GSL (ginsenode from the stem and leaves) on anoxic brain in rats was investigated . Asphyxial anoxia was induced by clamping the tracheal cannula in the anesthetized rat. GSL was given intravenously in dose of 100mg/kg. The results showed that recovery of EEG and restoration of the normal respiratory rhythm in the GSL group after asphyxia was significantly quicker than that of the saline control group. These results indicate that GSL exibits a protective effect on rat brain against asphyxial anoxia.
