【摘要】 本文报道了吉林省人参茎叶皂甙对体外培养胃癌细胞(BGC-823)的作用。实验结果表明,适量的人参茎叶皂甙可抑制体外培养人胃癌细胞的生长速度和分裂能力,增加细胞内糖原的含量,降低细胞内粘多糖和酸性磷酸酶活性,起到一定的阻抑胃癌细胞生长及增殖的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 The effect of GS from the leaves and stems in Jilin Province on gastric carcinoma cells (BGC-823) cultured in vitro was reported. The experimental results showed that the growing speed and mitotic ability of the gastric carcinoma cells were inhibited , the content of glycogen in the ceils was increased , and the activity of mucopolysaccharide and ACP in the cells were decreased. These results showed that GS from the leaves and stems exert an effect of inhibition on growth and proliferation of the gastric carcinoma cells.更多还原
