【摘要】 通过影片解析分析了克劳尔完成的跳马前手翻团身前空翻转体540°动作。研究结果表明,他完成的动作技术是先进和合理的,值得我国运动员学习和借鉴。他采用跑动式上板技术,上板低而快,踏跳短促有力,上体前倾度较大,踏离角较小;第一腾空摆腿迅速,撑马位置较高。推手有力,制动腿明显,在垂直部位推离马;第二腾空转体技术主要靠髋关节届伸、头肩带动和两臂向纵轴转体方向屈抱,转体是在向前翻转140～150°,当上体立起时开始的。更多还原

【Abstract】 Using film analysis,the study analysed the movement of handspring—1(1)/(2)forward tucked somersault—1(1)/(2) turn out performed by Kroll.The results indicatedthat the technique used in his movement was advanced and rational.His taklng-offwas quick and powerful,touching the springboard at lower position,with greaterangle of leaning forward of the upper body and smaller angle of driving and leaving theboard.In his first flight,he swung his legs rapidly and vaulted the horse at higherposition,with powerful push-off in vertical direction and obvious breaking movementof the legs.In his second flight,the movement of turning was mainly performed bythe bending and stretching of hips,driven by the nead and shoulders and the move-ment of folding arms along longitudinal axis in the turning direction.The turningmovement began at 140—150 degree forward somersault when the upper body Waserect.更多还原
