梅树叶片伏秋旱卷曲脱落的原因分析
Studies on the Cause of Rolling and Dropping of Mei (Prunus mume Sieb.et Zucc.) Leaves Under Drought Conditions During the Summer and Autumn
【摘要】 本文研究了在果园状况下,梅、杏、桃的水分状况及组织解剖结构.结果表明,梅树叶片伏秋旱卷曲脱落的主要原因是输导系统与耗水结构不协调;气孔调节能力、持水能力及耐旱力差.以致叶片产生严重的水分亏缺,膨压丧失,游离脱落酸大量产生,导致叶片卷曲甚至脱落.
【Abstract】 In 1986,5-year old trees of Mei,apricot(Prunus armeniaca L.)and peach(Prunus persica Batsch)in the orchard of Nanjing Agricultural University were used for systematic studies on the water status and anatomical structure in relation to drought resistance.Experimental results showed that the cause of rolling and dropping of Mei leaves under drought conditions during summer and autumn was that poor transported tissue, developed water-spended tissue,poor stomatal regulation capacity and poor drought hardiness resulted in extreme water deficit,pressure potential loss and at last a large quantity of free abscisic acid produced in leaves.
