梅花及其种间杂种深度过冷与冻害关系的研究
Studies on Relationship Between Deep Supercooling and Freezing Injury of Mei Flower and Its Hybrids
【摘要】 用差热分析(Differential Thermal Analysis:DTA)与核磁共振(Nuclear Mag-netic Resonance:NMR)对梅花枝条木质部组织深度过冷水,以及过冷与冻害的关系进行了研究.结果表明:梅花的低温放热(Low temperature exotherm)是由木质部深度过冷水产生的;从 NMR 和 DTA 曲线中,能明显看到组织中水分结冰的不完全连续性,第一次结冰的组织水分约占55%,这是细胞间重力水结冰引起的;深度过冷水结冰发生在较低的温度区域,并与冻害密切相关.
【Abstract】 Differential thermal analysis and nuclear magnetic resonance were used to determine the relationship between deep supercooling in xylems of Mei twigs and freezing injury.The results showed that low temperature was produced by the deep supercooling of xylems.Low temperature exotherm was closely associated with cold injury of stems of Mei and its hybrids.
