毛白杨杂种无性系的制浆造纸性能及其在造纸工业应用的展望

【摘要】 通过对4年生毛白杨杂种无性系BL101、BL102A、BL102B、毛新杨×银灰杨4个系号的制浆造纸性能研究,可以初步确定,使用磺化化学机械浆的制浆方法,从制浆造纸性能总体上看,BL101、BL102A表现不错,易于磺化,易于漂白,得率高,漂白浆的机械强度也较好,基本上可以满足生产胶印书刊纸的要求.由于BL101、BL102A前期生长迅速,如能在城市郊县地区采用高密度超短轮伐期的栽培技术,就可以在最短的时间内生产出大量优质的造纸纤维用材,这对解决象天津这样的大城市造纸工业的原材料供应问题,以及对改善生态环境等方面都有十分重要的意义.

【Abstract】 After studying the four clones of quadrennial cross-breeding (Populus tomentosa ×P. alba var pyramidehs) × Poyulus canescenns Smith on basis of pulp-making and papermking analysis, we concluded by using the method of SCMP pulp-making that BL101 and BL102A (both (?) ) serve the best from aspects of pulp-making and papermaking and other factors such as readily sulphonated and bleached nature,higher paper output and stronger mechanical intensity of paperpulp. They come to the standard of offset book paper and there-after can serve as good raw materials for papermaking . As BL101 and BL102A grow fast in their early stage, by methods of high density cultivation and ultroshort fell cycle we can,in short time, obtain subtantial high-quality fibre logs for papermaking in suburbs. This will play an important role both in solving problem of raw material shortage for papermaking and in improving ecological environment in Tianjin.
