【摘要】 1988年10月由四川峨嵋山林下引种的虹鳞肋毛蕨幼孢子体,栽培在北京成活.长成成年孢子体,其孢子叶上产生大量孢子.收集此孢子播种在盆土中进行繁殖亦获成功.目前已培育出近百株幼孢子体.在引种栽培及孢子繁殖过程中,用实体解剖镜、光学显微镜及扫描电子显微镜观察其生活周期中各形态结构,尤其是配子体世代的形态结构,拍摄显微照片并进行了比较详细的描述.更多还原

【Abstract】 The young sporophytes of Ctenitis rhodolepis (Clarke) Ching were introduced and planted in Beijing from E’mei mountain in Sichuan province in October of 1988. Great amounts of spores were produced from it’s mature sporophyte. Using spores to reproduce new generations of Ctenitis rhodolepis has met with success. At present about 100 young sporophyte of Ctenitis rhodolepis have been planted. Using the LM and the SEM, a comparative study of the morphology and structure, and other biological characteristics of Ctenitis rhodolepis in its life cycle have been made and described更多还原
