沙棘果在成熟期中沙棘油及脂肪酸的动态变化
Changes of the Oil and Fatty Acids Contents in Hippophae rhamnoides Fruits During Ripening Period
【摘要】 本文对河北涿鹿地区的6种中国沙棘的果实,在成熟期的4个不同阶段的含油量及其脂肪酸组成进行了测定,结果表明,沙棘含油量在12月5日的样品中达到高点,种子油为6.9%~11.4%,果肉油为6.1%~8.9%。种子油中不饱和脂肪酸含量也在12月5日的样品中达到高点,含量的总平均值为86.6%,其中维生素F占59.8%。而果肉油中不饱和脂肪酸含量的总平均值为64.8%,但其中的维生素F仅占6.9%。
【Abstract】 The paper reports the oil content and fatty acid composition of 6 species of Hippophae rhamnoides Subsp. sinensis fruits in Zhuolu county, Hebei province, during their ripening period. The results show that the oil content reached its maximum at the beginning of December (seed oil up to 6.9%-11.4%, fruit pulp oil up to 6.1%-8.9%) . Meanwhile, the contents of unsaturated fatty acid composition in the seed oil rose to 86.6%, of which 59.8% was Vitamin F. whereas those of the fruit pulp oil was 64.8%, of which only 6.9% was Vitamin F.
