各向同性模压成型Nd-Fe-B粘结磁体——石英钟用步进电机转子的研制
Die-Presscd Nd-Fe-B Isotropic Bond Magnet——Development of the Rotor Magnets of the Stepmotor for Use in the Crystal Clock
【摘要】 用快淬Nd-Fe-B磁粉与改性耐热环氧树脂混合经模压成型制备的各向同性粘结磁体,其密度d=6.0g/cm~3,剩磁Br=0.69T,内禀矫顽力_JHc=880 kA/m,最大磁能积(BH)_m=82kJ/m~3,达到国际同类产品性能指标,用它生产的石英钟用步进电机转子的磁性能、机械性能及其对温度、环境和时间的稳定性以及耐腐蚀特性等均已满足实用化要求。
【Abstract】 Die-pressed Nd-Fe-B isotropic magnets with density d= 6.0g/ cm3. Br= 0.69T,JHc=880kA/ m and (BH)max=82kJ/ m3 were developed by using the epoxy bondedmelt-spun Nd-Fe-B powder. The typical magnetic properties have reached the performanceindex of the recent high grade product. The bonded rotor magnets of the stepmotor for use inthe crystal clock have good operational performance.
