孔结构对低碳醇催化剂性能的影响

【摘要】 考察了热处理和成型条件对铜基合成低碳混合醇催化剂孔结构,以及通过孔结构对活性、选择性的影响。实验结果表明,煅烧温度、煅烧时间和成型压力对催化剂孔结构都有明显的影响,通过控制孔结构参数来改变宏观催化性能的潜力是很大的。

【Abstract】 The effects of preparation conditions of copper based catalyst for higher alcoholsynthesis, specially those of calcining and forming processes, on pore structure and as aresult on the apparent reaction performances of the catalyst were investigated. The resultsobtained show that for the complex network of the reactions as higher alcohol synthesisfrom CO and H2, the apparent activity and selectivity of the catalyst are strongly influ-enced by pore structure, therefore by preparation conditions.
