【摘要】 无计量段注射螺杆属新型螺杆,在加工硬聚氯乙烯(HPVC)方面显有优越性能,本文对所研制的BS4螺杆进行了实验研究,在此基础上建立了准三维流动计算模型,并对模拟结果进行了实验验证,证实模型和计算方法具有一定的可信度。

【Abstract】 A new type of screw (type--BS4) without a metering zone in injection moldingmachine specially designed to processing HPVC was developed and studied experimentally.Based on the study, a simplified three-dimensional model was proposed for describingthe flow in screw channel, which was later computed by using two-dimensional finite el-ement method combined with an iteration scheme. A good agreement was found betweennumerical and experimental results. The results demonstrate that the screw developed hasgood performance in terms of the filling of the melt into the mold, pressure establishingrate and injection velocity.
