【Abstract】 The method for designing switched-capacitor(SC) multiplier,especially strays-insensitive switched-capacitor four-quadrant analogue multiplier(4-QAM)is presented in this paper.A noval circuit structure is put forward and its performance is analyzed.The nonideal factors effects of components on its performance and the method of compensation are also studied.更多还原
