4种党参花粉多糖的纸层析和气相色谱分析

【摘要】 4种党参花粉多糖CPB,CPC,CPD,CPE经酸全水解后,用纸层析和气相色谱分析,确定了它们的糖基组成,并对中性糖基进行了定量分析。

【Abstract】 Four Polysaccharides CPB, CPC, CPD, CPE, extracted from the pollen of Codono-psis, were analyzed by paper chromatography and gas chromatography. Their glycosyl composition and the neutral glycosyl molar ratio were determined.
