多金属共生矿床品位指标最优匹配与经济效益分析研究

【摘要】 本文重点研究了多金属共生矿床精矿品位最佳匹配的问题,进行了以下探索:(1)在优化技术上,把选矿工序作为重要环节,双向延拓到相关工序。并选择多金属不同级别的原矿品位和精矿品位组成多个可行的方案。(2)在优化方法上,利用系统工程论的观点,把研究范围划分为矿山系统和矿山冶炼系统,使用不同的评价方法,选取多目标优化指标。(3)在优化手段上,使用了集成软件LOTUS1-2-3编制了计算、表格、绘图软件包。用高级BASICA语言建立诸多回归数学模型计算程序,用FORTRAN语言建立了动态规划综合选优数学模型的计算程序。

【Abstract】 The concentrate grade optimizing composition of multi-metal intergrowth mineral is studied. The following aspects are discussed: (1)In technology, mineral processing is regarded as the key link extending to related operations, and several feasible projects are made by choosing different grades of feed and concentrate; (2)As an optimizing method, the scope of study is divided into mining and smelting systems with the aid of system engineering. In each system, different evaluation methods and multi-goal optimization targets are chosen; (3) In optimization, integral software system including computation, tables, graphs is developed. Several regression computation procedures are made by using BASIC language. Computation program of mathematical models of dynamic scheme and synthetic optimization is set up by using FORTRAN language.
