【Abstract】 The T cell subpopulation in peripheral blood in 80 patients with essential hypertension was determined by the immuno-en?yme assay. The result showed that the percentages of CD₃ and CD₈ cells were lower and CD₄/CD₈ ratio was higher in the patients than in the controls and that these indices varied obviously at different stages of hypertension. This indicates that there is a disorder of iummno-regulation in the patients with essential hypertension, and immunological injuny may be one of the important factors in the development and progress of the disease.更多还原
