【摘要】 本文报道我院骨科自1983～1991年间对股骨头缺血性坏死89例(89髋)采用显微外科技术,带臀上血管深上支或旋髂深血管蒂的髂骨移植术。儿童59例,成人30例,术后随访观察6个月～8年疗效满意,儿童组优良率94.4%,成人组80%。含臀上血管深上支髂骨瓣移植治疗儿童股骨头坏死系本文作者所设计,尚未见文献报道。文中还阐述了臀上血管深上支以及旋髂深血管蒂的游离髂骨瓣解剖学特点,手术的技术设计,适应症的选择和体会。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this paper, we present our clinical experience with the use of transplantation microvascular free iliac bone grafts with deep circumflex iliac vessels and deep branches of the superior gluteal vessels in 89 cases of children and adult ischemic necrosis of femoral head from 1983 to 1991. The results were encouraging with a follow-up of 6 months to 8 years. The overall major objective response rate was 94. 9% in children and 80% in adult. The review also deals with clinical assessment, merit and operative indication.更多还原
