水幕冷却装置水流流动规律的探讨
Approach the Flow Regularity of Curtain Wall Cooling Equipment
【摘要】 就水幕形成的机理和流动规律进行初步探讨,论证了涡流是水流冲击板面产生飞溅的主要原因,阐述了水幕下落时的分离现象和两侧收缩现象的原因,推导出侧边收缩量的半经验公式,并提出减少涡流,避免收缩的有效方法。较系统地提出了水幕装置设计的一般原则,为今后各种水幕装置的研制和设计提供了必要的理论分析依据。
【Abstract】 The flow regularity and machanism of the water curtain is studied and analyzed. It is proved that when water curtain falls on a platesurface, splash meanly results from the vortex in the water curtain. The phenomena of detachment and contraction of a falling water curtain is described and analyzed in detail, a semiexperimental formula of contraction is deduced, and some useful ways to reduce the vortex and avoid contraction are put forwarded. Also it is given that the general principle is necessary theoretical basis for the research and design of the curtain wall cooling equipment.
