【Abstract】 Seventeen kinds of free amino acids in A. Polygama, A. arguta and A. Kolomikta were determined with model Beckman 121 MB automatic amino acid analyzer. The results showed that the contents of the total amino acid in the fruits are 77.74, 89.47, and 99.02mg/100g respectively,among which 73.58％, 52.17％, and 67.58％ are eleven kinds of essential and semiessential ainmo acids. The contents of free amino acids in three of the fruids are 3-4 times more than those in King honey and 9-10 times more than those in honey.更多还原
