长白山特产猕猴桃果中氨基酸含量测定

【摘要】 应用Beckman 121MB型氨基酸自动分析仪测定了长白山特产猕猴桃果中17种游离氨基酸,葛枣、软枣、狗枣猕猴桃果的总量分别为77.74、89.47、99.02mg/100g,比王浆蜜、蜂蜜高3—4和9—11倍,其中11种人体必需、半必需氨基酸含量和分别占总含量的73.58%、52.17%、67.58%,值得开发利用。

【Abstract】 Seventeen kinds of free amino acids in A. Polygama, A. arguta and A. Kolomikta were determined with model Beckman 121 MB automatic amino acid analyzer. The results showed that the contents of the total amino acid in the fruits are 77.74, 89.47, and 99.02mg/100g respectively,among which 73.58%, 52.17%, and 67.58% are eleven kinds of essential and semiessential ainmo acids. The contents of free amino acids in three of the fruids are 3-4 times more than those in King honey and 9-10 times more than those in honey.
