【Abstract】 This paper presents a new method of preparation of complex amino acid from dry pigblood by hydrochloric acid bydrolysis. The average yield of product is 67.6% and the average content of amino acid is 80.32%. The product contains 18 kinds of amino acids which there are 7 kionds of essential amino acids. The toxcology safety evaluation shows that complex amino acid is safely edible. The experiment that rats are fed with the wheat flour to contain 3% complexamino acid shows the difference better between experiment group and contrast group, The protein efficacy of the contrast group compared with that of the experiment groug is p<0.05.
