【摘要】 本实验用免疫抑制鼠肾包膜下移植入食管癌109细胞株实体瘤方法,观察瘤细胞核仁形成区嗜银蛋白(Ag-NOR)在化疗中的变化。石腊切片银染,平阳霉素组平均每个细胞核银染颗粒为1.46±0.03,顺铂组1.39±0.03,对照组1.79±0.08(P<0.05)。提示肿瘤化疗后Ag-NOR计数减少。更多还原

【Abstract】 Using a silver staining technique, nucleolar orgnizer region-associated proteins (Ag-NORs ) have been studied in paraffin sections of the tumor transplanted under renal capsule of immunosuppressed mice. Bleomycin (BLM)and Cis-platini Diaminum-Dichloridumt(DDP)were used as chemotherapentic agents in this study. The Ag-NOR contents of implanted tumors in control group was 1.79±0.08,in tumor treated by BLM was 1.46 ± 0.03, treated by DDP was 1.39 ±0.03(P< 0.05). This indicated that Ag-NOR count of tumor cells decreased after treated by anticancer drugs. The Ag-NOR count of tumor cells in chemosensitivity test may be an indicator of the anti-cancer activity of the drugs.更多还原
