【摘要】 本文收集经CT检查进行首程放疗的421例鼻咽癌病例资料,结合Cox模型和临床经验筛选出影响预后的因素,利用电子计算机反复对各种T、N和分期组合的生存曲线进行比较,并与AJC、UICC、何氏和长沙分期作全面对比分析,提出了鼻咽癌的新分期方案,其5年生存率分别是89.7％、75.9％、51.3％和22.2％。文中对新分期特点和肿瘤临床分期原则进行了讨论。更多还原

【Abstract】 421 cases of NPC, in our cancer center, with CT scanning before initial radiotherapy , were analyzed . Important prognostic factors which form the basis of the new staging system shifted out by means of Cox model and clinical experiences. Survival curves of various sorts of T, N and stages were compared by computer simulation. The new staging system of NPC was brought up through studying the traditional staging such as the AJC, UICC, Ho’s and Changsha systems. The five-year survival rates of four stages were 89.7%, 75.9%, 51.3% and 22.2% respectively according to the new stage criteria.
