【摘要】 本文结合文献论述了艾滋病(AIDS)发病与防治研究概况,着重阐述了中医对AIDS的认识以及中医药、针灸的防治作用。指出其病因病机是外感湿邪淫毒,损伤机体;内伤于房事不节,气血双亏。治疗采用除湿解毒、补气益血的方法,通过中医药、针灸来抑制AIDS病毒,提高机体免疫力,调整神经、内分泌功能,抗感染,改善微循环及保护肾功能。本文还拟定了中医药、针灸治疗AIDS的综合措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 The existing state of study on pathogenesis of AIDS and its prevention and treatment was generalised in this paper. It is pointed out that while there is no certain cure for AIDS in modern medicine, traditional Chinese medicine (TCM ) may be one of the effective methods. The cognition to AIDS with TOM and the effect on AIDS of traditional Chinese medicinal her.bs and acupuncture were emphasized. Acceding to the theory of TCM,the cause and pathogenesis are exogenous wetness-evil injuring the body and the internal damage and the deficiency of both vital energy and blood resulted from the excess of sexual intercourse. For the treatment of AIDS, the traditional Chinese medicinal herbs which have function of elimination of wetness, detoxication, invigorating vital energy and benefiting blood were used,and the result was satisfactory. The study showed that the acupuncture, moxibustional Chinese medicinal herbs can inhibit HIV, promote the immunity of body, regulate the neuroendocrine function,improve the microtirculation of patient with AIDS and protect the function of kidney. In accordance with the cognition and analysis of TCM to AIDS, we propose the comprehensive preventive and treatment measure of AIDS with traditional Chinese medicinal herbs and acupuncture,i.e. applying both Chinese herbs and acupuncture, determinating treatment based on differentiation of symptoms and signs of AIDS.更多还原
