苍术的核型研究
A Karyotype Study of Atractylodes lancea(Thunb.)DC.
【摘要】 本文报道了苍术Atractylodes lancea(Thunb.)DC. 的核型,其核型公式为K(2n)=24=10m+14sm, 属“2B”型,笔者并将其与本属的近缘种类的核型进行了比较,苍术的核型结构与北苍术更接近,亲缘关系密切。
【Abstract】 The present paper reports the number of chromosomes and karyotype of Atractylodes lancea(Thunb.)DC. The karyotypically analysis used 5 somatic metaphase cells with well—spread chromosomes. The chromosomeclassification follows Levan et a1. (1964) and the karyotype classification is according to Stebbins(1971). Origin of the materials used in this work was otype collected from AnhuiJingde. The micrographs of mitotic metaphase and karyof A. lancea is shown in Fig. 1, 2; the idiogram in Fig. 3; The paramaters of chromosomes are provided in Table 1: A comparison of the karyotype of Atractylodes is provided in Table 2. The karyotype of A. 1ancea in this paper isreported for the first time. The result is shown as follows: The karyotype formula of the species is K(2n)=24=1Om+14sm. The chromosomes range in length from 1. 94—5. 83μm,with the ratio of the longest to the shortest 3. 00. The proportion of the chromosomes with the arm ratios more than 2 is 0. 33. There, the karyotype belonges to Stebbins “2B”type. Total length of the chromosomes in the complement is 35. 85μm.
