【Abstract】 Two formulations for freezing pig semen dilution,PSDF 1 and 2,have been selected. The rate of survival sperm freezed by both formulations maintained 0.5,but after thawing and kept at 38-40℃,the sperm survival indexes were 1.98±0.64 and 2.27±0.62,respec- tively.The ultrastructural observation under a transmission microscope showed that the in- tact rates of acrosomes of the freezed sperm prepared by PSDF 1 and 2 were 59.61 and 63.54% ,respectively,both higher than that of the control.It was revealed that the intact acrosome rate of the freezed sperm was positively correlated with conception rate.The sperm freezed by PSDF 2 gave 70.57% of pregnancy.更多还原
